The problem

A solar installer in Punjab handled enquiries on paper slips and personal phones. Site surveys were scheduled from memory, installation jobs had no single record, and follow-ups with interested customers simply slipped away.

What we built

• Enquiry capture — one record per customer, from first call
• Site-survey scheduling and job tracking, survey to switch-on
• Follow-up lists that do not depend on anyone's memory
• Records of every system installed, ready for warranty and service calls
• Daily backups of the full job book, held off-site

The result

Every enquiry has an owner and a next step, jobs move through a visible pipeline, and past installations can be pulled up in seconds when a customer calls. Nothing depends on one person's notebook any more.
