Work by sector — Electronics retail
One system for stock, sales and records
The business suite behind an electronics retailer — inventory, billing and customer records in one place, with the data backed up every day.
The problem
An electronics retailer in Punjab tracked stock in notebooks and spreadsheets, while sales, repairs and installment payments each lived somewhere different. Nobody could answer a simple question — what is in stock, and who owes what — without phoning around. And the records existed in one copy, on one machine.
What we built
- Inventory and stock control across every counter
- Billing, receipts and installment (udhaar) tracking
- Customer and repair records in one searchable system
- Role-based access, so staff see only what their job needs
- Automatic daily backups of the whole system, held off-site
The result
The retailer runs on one system instead of scattered paper: stock is visible at a glance, every sale and installment is on record, and the business data no longer lives in a single copy. Staff spend their time selling, not reconciling notebooks.
